In the context of facilitating the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the IP address of the connection owner is stored by the webshop operator as part of cookies, as are the name, company name (optional), address, telephone (optional), e-mail address, delivery address that differs from the billing address (optional), VAT ID number (optional). The data you provide are required for the performance of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to complete a contract without this data. The data collected will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banking institution/payment service provider (stripe) for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under tax law. If you cancel the purchase process, these data stored with us will be deleted. Should a contract be concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period required by tax law (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
